Knowledgeable staff from front desk to vets and techs! My daughter and I brought our Ragdoll cats in for exams and nail trims and were so impressed. Dr. Libbin knew exactly how to care for our special breed of cat (many vets don’t) and actually taught us several things we didn’t know!
The cherry on top was at the end of our check out when the receptionist with the beautiful name discounted a candle that we loved because it had been briefly lit.

I took my dog to Pine Bluff to see Dr. Schmidt for a neuter and LAP. If I could give 100 stars I would. He explained the procedure, his history with the procedure, everything anyone would possibly want to know. He had a real connection with my boy and even brought him out himself when I went to pick him up. The entire staff was a pleasure to work with. My only regret is that I don’t live closer so I could bring all of my animals there on a regular basis.
Everything was so quick and easy! My dog was there for a gastroplexy and from the checkin to when I picked him up, was so seamless. Very friendly staff and the doctor was very informative. Cost was also very reasonable! I drove 4 hours, simce Dr. Schmidt was highly recommened from people I know. I will definitely use them again for any gastroplexies! I can't speak on other services, since mine was for something very specific, but overall, I can't image them not taking great care of any pet for any services.
I love Dr. Lebbin! She always shows me how to physically treat the problem my dog is having. I love her explanations. I was surprised how much some of their prices rose, but everything has risen so much i understand why. It's not their fault the economy is in the toilet. All of their prices have probably gone up too. Everyone there is fantastic and we've been going to Pine Bluff almost 20 years if that tells you anything. Highly recommended! I believe they truly care about my dogs, 2 of whom have special needs for vet appointments.
This was the 3rd time I have gone to Dr Schmidt for laparoscopic gastropexy for my Swissys. He is great. Explains everything and answers any questions you may have. It’s not cheap but it’s very reasonable and much cheaper than emergency bloat surgery. Rigi is feeling great today, just the day after surgery. Thanks Dr Schmidt!!
